The Rabbit Hole
Hi Everyone! I thought it would be cool to start a blog for our dream group. Since we only get to meet once a month, I thought this would give us the opportunity to connect outside our group. Especially if we are having troublesome dreams. This is my first blog set up so hopefully I've done it correctly. If not, we will just try again. Don't forget our next meeting is this Friday, January 30th at 6:30. Can't wait to hear those dreams. Feel free to post on here if you want to share before our next meeting! By the way--- I am Alice for the purposes of this blog. I thought it would be fun if you guys wanted to pick different names. Alice and Wonderland is so symbolic to what it is we are trying to achieve during our dreamwork. So get ready to jump into the rabbit hole!

ReplyDeleteI arrive at one of my writing classes at Belmont. I feel like I'm late for something but unsure of what it could be. I walk over to my professor who is grading some of my writing. I look down and notice that all of the pages of the manuscript is crossed out with red ink. Every single line. My professor stands up and whispers in my ear, "You had to know you would eventually fail." Then one of the students from the class taps me on the shoulder. Her name is Chris and in real life she works for the university. In the dream, she hands me a huge stack of banded mail and says, "Your mail has been forwarded to the university." I start going through the stack and notice that it's all letters from the TN Dept of Transportation telling me my drivers license have expired.
